Mission Statement

This tackle football and cheerleading league will be regulated by a board.  It will be for children ages 5 to 12 with four divisions: 5-6 year olds (flag), 7-8 year olds (6 year olds with a waiver), 9-10 year olds, and 11-12 year olds.  In this league, the game of football will be taught by coaches who have strong faith-based values to teach the players proper technique and fundamentals of football, as well as, ensuring the experience is fun and enjoyable.  With facilities available through the Phenix City Parks and Recreation Department and the Phenix City School System, teams will have ample playing fields for meaningful practices that are safe and accommodating.  The most important part of this league will be the lessons learned about how to lead a life with strong convictions and faith taught by coaches whose actions will demonstrate those values and beliefs.
