It all starts
Football, Cheerleading, and Flag Registration -2017
Registration will be Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 1:00-5:00pm upstairs at the Indian Creek Golf Course in Fairbury. Please bring your child to registration to be sized for equipment and uniforms. If your child participated in the 2016 season and his/her jersey or warm-up jacket still fits you will not need to purchase a new one for the 2017 season.
A volunteer fee of $50.00 will be collected and deposited for every participating child (up to 2 children per family) at registration. Volunteer fee will be returned at the end of the season if you volunteer 3 times per child participating throughout the season.
Half of the registration/volunteer fees will be due at registration and 2nd half will be due June 1, 2017. All late payments will have a $25.00 fee added to the balance. No child will be able to start practice until full payment has been made. A second collection date for your final payment and fundraising raffle tickets has been scheduled for May 7th from 4-6:00 pm at the Golf Course.
Every child will need a Sports Physical before the first day of practice handed in and for all new participants to the program a COPY of their Birth Certificate.
